Mr Dirt starts this project with removing overburden in the area the concrete is to go.

Mr Dirt then figures the elevation of the new concrete pad and installs 4 inches of compacted aggregate rock to the area. This supports the concrete and adds an additional layer of protection against cracks and premature deterioration.

Mr Dirt then uses our specialized finish grading attachment to remove unwanted debris after cutting the drainage swale.

Concrete is then poured and area is seeded and straw. Customers have the choice of seed and straw or the use of sod.
